Founded by Scotlin Schmitz (aka Scoti), the salon offers expert hair and nail services in a clean, relaxed, and creative environment. Whether clients are looking for a fresh haircut, color, a flawless no-chip manicure, or a bold acrylic set, every service is tailored to highlight natural beauty and style. Scoti specializes in blonding services, from dimensional highlights to bright, low-maintenance lived-in blondes. If clients are dreaming of the perfect blonde tone, they’re in the right place. Her mission is to help clients feel confident, cared for, and completely themselves—with just the right touch of sass. Bella & Blend is conveniently located at 4411 Calumet Ave, Manitowoc, making it easy for clients to stop by for their next appointment. Clients should arrive 5–10 minutes early for new appointments to allow time for consultation and to start services on time. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to their total. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and it will be considered a no-show, resulting in a cancellation charge of 100% of the booked service. Scoti totally understands that things happen—clients are encouraged to reach out if they’re running behind so she can do her best to accommodate them. Respecting time helps her stay on schedule and provide the best experience for all clients. Payment: Bella & Blend accepts card, cash, Venmo, and Cash App. All card payments have a 3.6% processing fee. If clients have any questions or need assistance with scheduling, they are encouraged to reach out. Scoti is here to ensure the experience is seamless and that clients leave feeling their very best. If a suitable time or date isn’t visible, clients can contact her directly. They may leave a voicemail with their name and number or send a text with their name, desired service, and preferred days and times. Scoti will get back to them as soon as possible to coordinate and will do her best to accommodate. 🩷
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We are committed to providing each guest with an exceptional experience. Out of respect for your time and ours, we kindly ask that all guests review our cancellation and rescheduling policy: • Advance Notice: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. • Color Services: Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% service fee. • All Other Services: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% service fee. • No-Show Appointments: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved service. By reserving an appointment, you confirm your agreement to these terms. We deeply appreciate your understanding and consideration, which allows us to deliver the highest level of service to all of our valued guests.
